Step 1 - Vacuuming
A thorough vacuuming of the entire area is carried out to remove any dry dirt.

Step 2 - Pre-treatment
A mild alkaline pre-treatment is applied to the floor and allowed to dwell for 10 to 15 minutes, if necessary the grout is scrubbed using a tile grout brush. The pre treatment loosens accumulated soil, grease, and contaminants and prepares the surface for the cleaning process.

Step 3 - Cleaning
Using our unique cleaning system utilizing three components working in harmony, agitation, 1200 psi of water pressure and huge vacuum volume, soil, dirt and bacteria will be removed from your tiles and porous grout leaving the floor perfectly clean and residue free.

Specialist Treatments
Once cleaned, most hard surfaces can be treated with a number of different coatings. These range from Anti-Slip, Anti-Static, Gloss and Matt finished treatments, which enhance the finish of the surface.

Clear Sealing
Clear Sealing provides a totally invisible layer of protection to both tiles and grout and is particularly suited to natural stone products. It prevents oil, water and other liquids penetrating porous materials and therefore helps prevent staining and discolouration. This product is easily applied once all surfaces are cleaned and can be done in natural, matt or gloss finish.

Colour Sealing
Treatments can now be applied to your grout in a colour of your choice. This restores and changes the look and style of your tiled surfaces. This will also allow the tile and grout to be cleaned more quickly and easily in the future.

Our unique product looks and feels like grout even though it behaves more like a ceramic tile once it has fully cured. The product contains a hardener that only activates when it comes into contact with the various compounds found in grout. This is why it sets so well and is extremely hard wearing.

Changing the colour of your grout can make a room look much larger and more airy and the effect of different coloured grout is quite outstanding. Available in a unique range of 89 colours existing grout can be enhanced or completely changed
