We pride ourselves on providing a high standard cleaning service. Our technicians are all trained to a very high standard and are fully insured.
Our carpet cleaning service has the following processes.
Step 1 - Vacuuming
A thorough vacuuming of the entire area is carried out as 80% of dirt in a carpet can be dry dirt and the easiest way to remove this is by using a high filtration powerful vacuum cleaner.
Step 2 - Stain Removal
Stains are usually treated with special stain treatment solutions; if you are able to help by identifying what the actual stain is that will greatly increase the chances of successfully removing all stains.
Step 3 - Pre-Spray
Using a high pressure sprayer the entire area is treated with a pre-spray solution; this will break down the soiled particles in the carpet fibre.
Step 4 - Agitation
Once the pre-spray has been applied we brush the carpet with our specialised carpet pile brush, this works the pre-spray throughout the carpet pile but, also physically loosens the soil and lifts the pile open. The pre-spray is allowed to work. Depending on the degree of soiling this can range from 10-15 minutes.

Step 5 - The Carpet cleaning & rinsing processes
Using our professional carpet cleaning machine we then thoroughly clean and rinse your carpets. The twin-vacuum, high pressure hot water extraction unit we use cleans much better because it heats water to a high temperature and then sprays the cleaning solution into the carpet at high pressure. This helps to break up the dirt, bacteria and pollens in the carpet. The machine then produces a huge vacuum volume that extracts the dirt and solutions out of your carpet.
Step 6 - Turbo Drying
Through the long summer days the environment plays a big part in the drying process of your carpet but, as the days draw in and its getting cold outside drying time is critical. This is where turbo dryers are put into operation located in the best position to enhance the drying process.
Step 7 - Protective tabs
Protective tabs are placed under the legs of furniture. The reason we do this is sometimes the moisture left in the carpet could bleed out any colour/stain finish from the furniture, which could leave a stain on the carpet.
Step 8 - Carpet Grooming
Where appropriate we will then groom your carpet to ensure we leave it in the best possible condition. To do this we run a grooming rake over the cleaned carpet leaving the pile looking uniform and as 'fluffy' as possible.
